Timothy holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology and has served in community counseling, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, and welfare programs. Drawing on that frontline experience, he now provides transformational coaching, runs healing groups, and teaches yoga, meditation, and breathwork. His approach integrates clinical insight with embodied practice—parts-work and experiential role-play, reflective dialogue, nervous-system regulation, mindfulness, and breathwork—to help people interrupt patterns, process trauma, and take clear next steps.

Grounded and practical, Timothy focuses on skills that translate into daily life: emotional literacy, body awareness, and aligned action. He is driven by a simple aim: to see people heal and live with joy and authenticity.
